Bliss Body Contouring (fat reduction)

Bliss Body Contouring is a safe & effective lypolysis treatment. Using up to four applicators that are applied on the body, energy penetrates deep below the skin’s surface where the fat is heated and broken down.

This treatment is a comfortable, no downtime & affordable treatment - A minimum of 3 treatments per area is required & best results are seen 8-12 weeks post treatment.

As well as breaking down the fat cell we compliment this treatment by tightening the skin and reducing cellulite using Octipolar Mp2 Technology. Octipolar Mp2 Technology is used to boost collagen and elastin fibres—an essential component for strengthening the connective tissue that keeps lax skin and cellulite at bay.

What is OCTIPOLAR POLAR Skin Tightening/Cellulite Reduction?

Octipolar body contouring and cellulite reduction treatments work by using energy delivered through a combination of Multi-Polar Radio Frequency and Pulsed Electro Magnetic Fields to produce heat under the skin’s surface. This process helps to naturally increase collagen and elastin fibers while also shrinking the volume of fat cells. The result is a more sculpted and slimmer-looking body, tighter-looking skin, and reduction in the appearance of cellulite.

 FAQs

 

  • The best candidate is someone who has pockets of excess body fat that they can’t get rid of with diet and exercise alone, and who doesn’t want surgery. An ideal candidate is also someone who is starting to lose elasticity in their skin and is showing early signs of sagging and wrinkles.

  • For the fat reduction treatments, the number of treatments varies from person to person. You will discuss what is best for you and your goals with your Skin Therapist. With the skin tightening and cellulite reduction treatments, clients typically receive 6-8 treatments per area. Again, the exact number will depend on each individual person and the area being treated.

  • Fat treatments are done once every 4-6 weeks. Skin tightening, circumferential reduction, and cellulite reduction treatments are done once a week.

  • Just make sure your skin is clean. Do not apply any lotions, creams or makeup before your treatment. Remove all jewellery around the area being treated.

  • Each Body Contouring fat treatment lasts 25 minutes. Skin tightening, circumferential reduction, and cellulite reduction treatments are around 30 minutes each, depending on the area being treated. You will be booked in for around 1 hour per appointment.

  • A Bliss Body Contouring fat treatment will start with a cooling phase for a few seconds where you’ll feel a slight chill from the applicators on your skin. You will then gradually feel the skin getting warmer. Once the temperature builds, the applicators will switch to cooling mode again for a brief period to maintain the therapeutic temperature in the fat layer and to keep the treatment as comfortable as possible. This process of heating and cooling will continue for the duration of your treatment.

  • The area may look a little flushed and feel tender, and some patients may experience a little bit of swelling, firmness, or bruising. All of these are normal and common following a Body Contouring treatment. The tenderness may take up to two weeks to resolve but it should be mild enough to not interfere with your daily activities. Of course, if something doesn’t feel quite right, always consult with your treatment provider.

  • There is no downtime and no physical restrictions that you need to worry about. You should be able to resume your regular daily activities immediately after completing a Body Contouring treatment.

  • We recommend massaging the treatment area for five to 10 minutes, one to two times a day. Otherwise you don’t need to do anything after your Body Contouring treatment.
